As I prepare for Christmas it’s always nice to get in the spirit of things. When I noticed that out local friendly village, Long Sutton was no longer having a festive market I decided to leap into action and take over. My talented friend Vicky and I decided to organise a festive craft market. And to entice local families we decided to have a Santa’s grotto. We’ve contacted all sorts of local sellers from foodies, crafters and local artists. There’s even a mobile pizza stall and a VW split screen mobile bar booked in!

We’re currently looking to recruit a Father Christmas! Hoping to raise plenty of money for Cancer Charities and for Long Sutton village hall plus maybe sell a few custom long Sutton Christmas cards… It should be good fun but a lot more organising than I had expected! Luckily our market meetings take place in The Devonshire Arms. All the ladies helping to organise gather in one corner and all the men group at the bar!
