Delivery times/Shipping

All items are sent via Royal Mail or similar. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Unless you’re having a product specially made, delivery is normally within 3-5 working days, and often much sooner. There might be extra delays due to Royal Mail where we will use an alternative courier company. Once an item is dispatched it’s in the hand of the delivery teams.

You shall get a notification when your order has been dispatched. If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact us. Unless you select tracked and signed at the checkout there will be no tracking information – just sent standard post.

Prices start from £1.10 for single cards and will go up to £7.00 for a tracked and signed parcel. Orders of £75 will be free postage. 

If you require further assistance please get in touch with – we’ll be happy to assist. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes).

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
